Alírio will record a new album by the Spanish band, but before the vocalist will perform an acoustic tour with guitarist Alberto Rionda in Spain
Actor and singer Alírio Netto (Shaman, Queen Extravaganza) has just been announced as lead singer of the Spanish band Avalanch, which is preparing to record a new studio album in 2021. “Shaman fans can rest assured, Shaman is my great love, ”said Alírio Netto. The singer remains in the band and is currently in the process of composing the new album with the production of Sascha Paeth and the members of Shaman at a distance.
“Avalanch is an incredible band that has musicians who have made history on the world stage. I couldn’t be more flattered to be part of another great team, ”said Alírio Netto.
It all started in 2020 after an appointment of businessman Paulo Baron for a ‘collab’ between Alírio Netto and Alberto Rionda. After this work, the musicians became friends and with the recent move from Alírio Netto to Madrid, Spain, the ties between them became closer and the two started this new partnership.

Recently, Alírio Netto announced his next studio album “All Things Must Pass”. The album will be released by Frontiers Records in the coming months. “All Things Must Pass” is the singer’s third solo album, but the first to be released worldwide. The first solo studio work, “João de Deus”, was released only in Brazil and is sung in Portuguese.
The new work will be all in English and has a variety of styles, always allowing space for great melodies. Among the musicians who recorded, are drummer Adriano Daga (Grammy-winning producer and band Malta) and bassist Felipe Andreoli (Angra). As a special participation, the album features the lead singer of Journey, Arnel Pineda, in an exciting duet with Alírio.
